Who We Are
Unified Care Services Provider is a community-rooted NDIS provider based in Loganlea, QLD. Born out of the compassionate outreach of United Christian Church, we are driven by a deep desire to support individuals with disability in living empowered, independent, and meaningful lives. We believe that true care goes beyond a checklist—it’s about listening, understanding, and walking alongside each participant with dignity, patience, and cultural understanding.
